💰 Refund & Return Policy – Happy Paw Deal Store

We want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.


✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You received the wrong product or size

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or personalized items (like custom name tags or engraved products)


🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@happypawdealstore.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

    • A short explanation of the issue

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions or offer a replacement/refund if applicable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return (if needed), we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.


🚫 Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Still no luck? Email us at support@happypawdealstore.com and we’ll look into it right away.
